Thanks for the great share. If one is trading the stock market breadth indicators are very essential.
Here is a revised copy of the file that spx shared. The pages in his version were not of uniform size, and a few pages were duplicated or in the wrong order. I corrected these defects and optimized the file - my version is about 25% smaller. I couldn't do much to improve the print quality because it is rather light and on a greyish background.

Have discovered another scanned copy of the book. Not post processed (contains grey non-informal areas around scanned pages) but the scanned quality is very, very good.
